Zely was absolutely wonderful helping me on my wedding journey! She is organized, professional and her husband, Pastor Joey, gave a wonderful wedding ceremony centered around us, God and splash of humor. Zely made sure our wedding day ran smoothly with our vendors and continued to check in with us through out the day if we needed anything. She even got us our signature drinks and appetizers from cocktail hour so we wouldn’t miss out. Zely and Joey are a great team to have, so we could enjoy our day as husband and wife!

Drop everything and book HER! I cannot put into words, the remarkable job that Zely and her staff did for our wedding. There's only so much a bride can do especially the day of her wedding. As a bride you need to be present and enjoy every single moment, while someone else brings your vision to life- that is Zely. Zely made sure every single detail was executed to perfection. She made sure that all involved vendors/parties were in sync and ready, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day/night. Her experience, advice, and point of view were valuable assets in our wedding planning process. From directing our family members during the processional line, suggesting adding details (vow books, directional signage), ensuring decor was placed on time, and guiding us throughout the night, Zely made sure we enjoyed our wedding to the max. Her calm personality brought us peace in the challenging moments and her guidance reassured us in the uncertain moments. PLUS- she speaks Spanish too! I know our abuelas and tias appreciated that very much! Do yourself a favor and book her. Take it from a Type A kind of person who is a fan of timelines and to-do lists and is very picky with how things are executed. Don't waste your time, just book her.

We had the pleasure of working with Zely on one of her spectacular events at the Crystal Ballroom in December. Zely was on top of everything. She made sure the event went off without an issue and made sure to take care of her vendors working with her at the same time. A true professional and fun to work with. You cannot go wrong hiring Zely for your special day.

6pm on our wedding day... going through the motions due to not having our desires met, ZELY showed up and turned what was a topsy turvy day into an amazing day!! She totally made our day special so we could truly enjoy :)

Zely is a go-getter, knows how to get, and keep, things flowing and has so much fun doing it! We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!! We are so glad she rescued our wedding day!!

Wow! What can I say or should I say what can I not say about Zely! She was the key, the problem solver, the negotiator, and much more to our wedding! In other words our wedding could not have been possible without her! She made everything happened! At the time of our wedding I was 3 months pregnant and while they were taking our pictures I was dying of hunger little did I know she had one of the waiters already coming with appetizers just for us! She was prompt, and got people to be where they needed to be. Honestly we couldn’t have asked form a better coordinator! Oh and her husband, who is also in the business with her...SPEECHLESS! I was going table to table taking pictures with the guests and he held and accommodated my veil for every single picture! They are the best coordinating team. We were truly blessed to have them! You’d be missing out on a lot if you don’t hire her!

Zely is not only extremely professional and amazing at what she does, she’s also so kind and caring towards her clients! She’s an awesome vendor to work with. She is punctual, respectful, gives above and beyond of what is expected of her! She makes everything so smooth and accommodates the needs of her clients before anything else! We absolutely love working with her!

Zely is the ultimate boss in the game. She gave me such peace of mind throughout the whole planning process and I knew I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day because Zely and her team were there. She is such a professional and just carries a great vibe. I definitely recommend hiring her for your wedding, or your next special event, you will NOT be disappointed. I had a few things that didn’t go how I had planned day of the wedding and she took care of everything to the point I didn’t even notice until she mentioned it and even then, everything looked amazing. She captured everything I wanted my wedding day to be like and made it happen. Forever grateful to Zely and Joey for making my wedding such a fairytale. 🤍

Where to begin; let's start with the fact that during our wedding day Tropical Storm Sally decided to pay us a visit and we didn't know it until after the wedding. Having a wedding during Covid-19 was hard but I am so grateful we had Zely. Although I was very hands on for my wedding since the beginning I knew I needed a day of coordinator; Zely felt like more than that. She truly was the best, from the moment we saw her in action during our rehearsal we knew we made the best choice by hiring her. The day of she made sure everything went amazing, I'm talking from little details to big ones she was on top of EVERYTHING. Me and my husband would 100% recommend her over and over again. As a matter of fact we already have and she is going to be working at my bestfriends wedding and I already know it will be amazing. She and her team were the best!

Zely is truly one of the best investments my husband and I made for our wedding day! Her and her assistant are SO kind and really went out of their way to make our day perfect. From our rehearsal the day before to the start of our ceremony, Zely really made sure to keep us on the schedule she created. She was incredibly adaptable when we had to pivot our timeline the day of. My husband was worried about missing out on cocktail hour so Zely, being so thoughtful, made sure to bring us our signature drinks and some appetizers while we soaked everything in away from our guests. When unexpected guests showed up, Zely handled it so professionally and helped me remain calm through it all. There were a few other bumps in the road that I only learned about after our wedding only because they were being handled by Zely so that we could fully enjoy our wedding day! I even received compliments from several guests about how smooth our wedding day went and it’s all thanks to her. It’s so clear that Zely LOVES what she does and knows what she’s doing! I would definitely hire her if I had to do it all over again.

My husband and I were very fortunate of having Zely as our wedding coordinator. We absolutely loved working with her. She was able to coordinate everything you would want in your wedding. She was very detail oriented, professional, flexible and very polite. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease during a very stressful process. Without any doubt, we feel like we could not hire any better person than Zely for our dream wedding!!!!!!!

The week leading up to our wedding was a bit hectic with finding last minute items and it was raining all week. Zely was wonderful; helping us to find what we needed to make our day perfect. The day of the rehearsal, Zely made sure that all questions were answered, and finalized. I was so nervous at what to expect and everything turned out perfect. There were hiccups with my dress, and she came to the rescue everytime. She is not only a wonderful friend, but a phenomenal wedding planner! Joey was also great at officiating the wedding. I wouldn't have asked for anything different. I wish we could relive each moment, it was over in the blink of an eye. Thank you so much!

Zely and her team were phenomenal. There were able to make our special day absolutely perfect. She kept me focused and made sure that I stayed on track with my budget but without compromising my vision. She took all the pressure off not just during the planning but on the day itself. I had the pleasure of working with Zely and Nathalie as our wedding planners. They provided a positive experience! Nathalie, our main planner, was friendly and helpful throughout the process. She met with us to walk through our day-of schedule and was present during our rehearsal, ensuring that everything was in order. Nathalie knew the overall vision for our wedding and was able to execute it effectively on the day of. She was instrumental in coordinating vendors and handling any questions or issues that arose, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day. Zely went above and beyond making our wedding day special !!! Regardless of the issue Zely as the veterans that she is quickly and professionally pivoted and made our day as stress free as possible in spite of less than perfect weather conditions. My wife and I havent gained a vendor weve gained a friend ❤️. We cant in good conscience recommend any other wedding planner anymore 😁.
